Orders and Shipping
Orders placed before 5 PM EST are processed same-day and shipped within 24 hours. Most US orders arrive within 2–5 business days.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us immediately. Once shipped, we can’t modify the delivery address.

Applicable sales tax is automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
At the moment, we only ship within the USA.
Usually yes, but depending on stock availability, some items may ship separately (at no extra cost to you).

Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days for unused items in original packaging. Please contact us before returning.
Sorry about that! Please send us a photo and we’ll replace it immediately or offer a refund.
If your item is damaged in transit, we’ll send a replacement right away — just send us a clear photo.
Returns should be sent to our processing center. We’ll provide the exact address once your return is approved.
